Wrangler Blue Bell is a new force in jeanswear, blending the contemporary cuts and washes of modern denim with respect for heritage, fabric and details. The Fall/Winter 2010/11 collection is dark as night, inspired by rockabilly perfectionism, the 80s-influenced-by-the-50s, and thrift store Americana. Colours are black, grey and white, with dark indigo a signature of the brand.

INTRODUCING PPD JEANS FALL 2010 COLLECTION

In four short years, PPD Jeans has emerged from behind the shadows of its sister collection Paige Denim to become one of the top selling men’s denim lines at high-end retailers such as Bloomingdales, Bergdorf Goodman, and Barneys New York.  The denim house is thrilled to unveil the PPD Jeans Fall 2010 Collection, an expanded range offering additional styles with a focus on clean washes and sophisticated cuts.

The Fall Collection sees an increase in skinnier styles including the slim fit Normandie and the skinny Drexel along with the classic cuts such as the relaxed JRG and straight leg Doheny.

First thing I love about PPD Jeans is the FIT is amazing. The denim just conforms to my body. What I also love about PPD jeans and Paige is that the brand always keep me interested. They are always on point with trend and are willing to experiment with new washes and fits. Check out this season’s hottest trends below:

This season, the men’s line has expanded the wash offerings to include a variety of deep blue and black washes:

-        Fugitive: An edgy wash in a medium dark shade with a subtle hint of black.

-        Black Corduroy: A classic and traditional fine wale corduroy in a jet black hue.

-        Verve: Both masculine and cool, this dark wash has tacking and 3-D whiskers on the knees and hips and gold topstitch.

Fall also sees a variety of textured washes in terms of color, rather than the destructed rips and tears of past seasons:

-        Trance: This medium grey wash is full of character with streaks, marbling detail, and 3-D whiskering.

-        Omega: A classic blue denim, this wash is incredibly soft that is perfect for everyday wear complete with sanding, marbling, and slight elasticity to maintain shape.

-        Acadia: A deep blue hue with light hand sanding.

PAIGE DENIM INTRODUCES FALL 2010

Paige Denim is proud to debut the Fall 2010 Collection, a reinvention of trends inspired by the mid-90s modernized with updated styles, fabrics, and detailing. This season, Paige’s Fall Collection pays homage to the classics while continuing to focus on the brand’s underlying principles of unfaltering fit, fabric, and finish.

The women’s collection combines menswear-inspired details with feminine denim designs. Exposed zippers at the ankles and hips adorn body-hugging denim leggings for an added edge. Paige adds military cargo pockets to feminine staples such as denim leggings and skinny jeans. Styles including corduroys and boyfriend skinnies undergo a safari-inspired makeover in tones of green, maroon, and steel grey. Drawing inspiration from the rock ‘n roll and grunge trends of the 1990s, Paige reinterprets these styles with a feminine touch and a flattering fit.
